Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your third appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefit. Insurance policies vary; therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will electronically bill insurance companies for services rendered. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
